Director of Business Development AmericasBRL 200.000 - 250.000 Director of Business Development AmericasUS Media is a sales house specializing in the Americas, currently representing and commercializing VEVO, OneFootball, Tinder, WeTransfer, Magnite, Fandom, Sojern, and Zefr, along with four additional business units that facilitate the entry of global brands and publishers into the region. We are a team making a significant impact, growing rapidly, and seeking a talented, ambitious, and well-connected Business Development Director to nurture existing relationships with global media publishers, maximize new business opportunities, and drive growth across the Americas. Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain a weekly cadence of prospecting activities to identify new opportunities that could potentially lead to a representation for US Media in the Americas. Establish a routine of researching trending media and technology players to stay connected with the technology market across the region. Deliver commercial presentations of US Media, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage the sales process with prospects and existing client partners (From Prospection until Legal Contract Support). Improve all US Media commercial materials, including decks, P&L calculation spreadsheets, and press release strategies. Map all events that could support our activation strategy and help us connect with publishers and the ideal ICP for the position: CRO, Head of Strategic Partnerships, and other C-level executives. Skills/AbilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation and report‑writing abilities. Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively. Strong research, strategy, and business intelligence skills. Commercial awareness and project management capabilities. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Superior time management, organizational, and collaboration skills. Self‑motivated and driven by targets. Curiosity and proactiveness. Resilience in managing long‑term sales cycles. RequirementsEnglish is a Must to negotiate with global markets, Spanish is a Good to Have. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at least 5 years in Advertising Sales or Business Development , seeking new markets and new customers in the Media Advertising industry. Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads, partnership proposal & partnership agreements. Experience with prospecting customers and selling/negotiating media and/or advertising technology products, especially Digital Media . Strong skills in presentation design and storytelling. Ability to create and maintain a network of relationships to help navigate complex situations and promote long‑term opportunities. Experience with working with different teams cross company as well as media agencies and/or publishers. Knowledge of dealing with finances and P&L is a Plus . #J-18808-Ljbffr
