Key Role in Contingent Workforce Management Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requests. This role serves as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders ensuring seamless requisition management compliance and operational success. Train assist and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. Support large-scale hiring initiatives VMS data integrity projects and supplier rationalization efforts. Conduct intake calls qualify candidate resumes and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferably in a business-related field. 3–5 years of experience in recruiting MSP operations or contingent workforce management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with VMS tools (Beeline Fieldglass or similar). Trilingual Competency across English Spanish and Portuguese Benefits Opportunity to work with a leading company in contingent workforce management.
