**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- Accountable for the Full Compliance with any applicable Regulation, rule & policy, internal or external relative to the Supply Chain operations from an end to end standpoint.
- Including not exhaustively Solvay QHSE & LSR, OSHA, ISO, FDA, and hazardous products regulations.
- Accountable for the Regional monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by developing a demand and supply plan that optimizes inventory levels, manufacturing asset utilization and customer delivery service.
- Accountable for the full scope of Supply Chain Operations monitoring within his/her region, covering : Logistics & Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Raw Material & Packaging, Procurement, Continuous Improvement & Transformation, Performance and KPI monitoring with the respect of a Continuous Coordination & Alignment between the Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

- To ensure, to promote & to develop the compliance with any applicable safety policy or standard within his/her region, with the aim to improve continuously the transport & logistics safety
- To manage the Regional Sales & Operations Planning from long term to short term execution through the Dynasys APS tool
- To proactively manage & to coordinate the supply chain operations within his/her regional scope to match with the regional and WW demand & needs (intercos)
- To contribute to the GBU (Global Business Unit) Supply Chain strategy, policies and standards definition
- To implement & adapt accordingly regional supply chain processes and best practices, with the aim to develop consistency & alignment and to increase efficiency
- In alignment with both GBU & Global Supply Chain strategies, to define, to defend, to deploy and to deliver the regional Supply Chain Roadmap, Strategy and Budget as the most optimized response to the Regional Business needs
- To monitor & to improve the Supply Chain performance and KPIs achievement
- To manage and to develop the regional SC teams by continuously increasing skills, knowledge, experience and by promoting growth and autonomy
**You will bring**:
- University / Master degree SC Management
- 5 years of experience Supply Chain operations covering several SC sub domains
- Strong skills and knowledge on Supply Chain processes & best practices
- Strong skills & experience in Project Management
- Successful experience in a management position
- Fluency in English & Portuguese is mandatory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including problem structuring and synthesis
- Strong ability and leadership to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international environment
- IS / data system high skills : APS (Dynasys) / SAP / BW, and advanced mastering of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Enterprise Products
- 6 Sigma expertise and Agile/scrum approach are a plus
