**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
Regional lead for all Global Supply Chain functions, separation program and separation management office (SMO). Focus on company in company regional readiness implementation of new CH operation model and day 1 regional readiness including data disposition and policy simplification.
- SMO regional lead for all SC&O, managing complex legal entities and direct issue resolution/risk mitigation plans
- Support the global SC&O PMO for reporting and visibility and synchronize with the regional PMO lead.
- Ensure E2E flows (inter and intra-regionally) and activities remain intact as we execute plans within functions and specific markets.
- Lead the regional cross functional team in preparation for standup of capabilities across all global functions and mobilize local teams for completion of Separation activities.
- Establish pipeline of regional cost avoidance broader programs from the SMO team through smart deployment of resource and use of advisors. Ensure that all opportunities for optimization are captured and incorporated in operations plans.
- Lead regional cross functional teams including, change planning, employee experience/onboarding, Day 1 readiness. Ensure business continuation hyper-care management
- Lead global regional Consumer Healthcare transition (pre-Day 1 through Business as usual in standalone company).
- Drive NCH leadership confidence and synergy delivery assurance through strong regional program management, robust process automation while leveraging SMEs in regions and functions.
- Lead regional delivery assurance through business cutovers for all markets, covering integrated plans for trade routes, IT, Finance and Tax, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, ERP teams etc
- Support standing up structure for business continuity through post carve out guidance and business governance model for initiatives within the region.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the healthcare/consumer industries
- Minimum of 4 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in End-to-End Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Consumer business and end-to-end distribution
- Track record of large project delivery
- Experience managing large, complex budgets
- Experience managing, large, multi-location teams
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills; multi-language skill is a plus
