Nesta oportunidade o analista atuará de forma presencial no nosso time de Field Service, dentro de um grande cliente em **Belo Horizonte**.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Principais atribuições do Eiter**:
- Realizar rotinas de acompanhamento e manutenção de microinformática;
- Prestar suporte a usuários para utilização de recursos de microinformática;
- Executar atividades conforme fluxo de atendimento nas ferramentas disponibilizadas (fluxo no JIRA, PA's, Rotinas);
- Solicitar, encaminhar e acompanhar os serviços de manutenção dos recursos de microinformática, realizados por terceiros;
- Instalar, atualizar e configurar softwares e equipamentos;
- Realizar inventário dos recursos de informática.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Pleno conhecimento em IOS, Windows e Linux. Manutenção de notebooks é um diferencial.
- Desejo de aprender e de se desenvolver profissionalmente.
- Disponibilidade de atuar presencial em Belo Horizonte.
