Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company? Join Amazon's Brazil Seller Recruitment team as a Leads Qualification Analyst to support leads generation and qualification processes. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. Leads qualification is the starting point to accelerate partnerships with key sellers in our marketplace. We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals to join our exciting team and help ensure the quality and potential of seller leads to develop a smart assortment of brands for the best possible shopping experience.

The successful candidate will analyze lead quality metrics, provide data-driven insights, and support Amazon Brazil's growth through accurate leads qualification and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and maintain established processes using SQL and data analysis tools
  • Support data collection and organization activities, including basic web scraping tasks
  • Monitor and analyze lead quality data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining lead scoring models according to established criteria
  • Track and report on lead qualification metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with business teams to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates
  • Program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL
Qualifications
  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
