About the team/role

We are looking for a customer-centric operations analyst to join us on the Food & Entrega team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and to drive strategic and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, and will be responsible for supporting data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.

Hence, you will be able to improve both your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development.

In this role, you'll be...

Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics and bring insights for improvements;

Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving the drivers experience;

Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Operations, Product and others);

Organize all documentation and information flow for projects, ensuring transparent communication about developments, results, and next steps for all involved teams.

Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred);

Analytical skills;

Ability to manage projects, with a focus on organization and delivering results.

Excellent communication and articulation skills with different levels and areas of the company.

Proactivity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking;

Advanced English
