Customer Success Manager (Gerente de Sucesso do Cliente) A ETHOSX , consultoria especializada em implantação e sustentação do ERP TOTVS Protheus, BPO contábil, fiscal e folha , está em expansão e busca um Gerente de Atendimento e Relacionamento para fortalecer a interação com nossos clientes e garantir que cada projeto entregue gere valor, resultado e fidelização. Missão do Cargo Ser o elo entre o cliente e a ETHOSX, acompanhando toda a jornada pós-venda — da implantação ao sucesso operacional. O Gerente de Atendimento e Relacionamento atua diretamente na implantação de sistemas ERP, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas e garantindo que o cliente extraia o máximo valor das nossas soluções.
