Financial Analyst | Forecasts, Reporting, Accounting, System Implementation and Process Improvement | K-user SAP FI (GL/AA) Type: Full-time Reports to: CEO About the Role: We’re scaling multiple premium lifestyle brands through our direct-to-consumer Shopify stores. We’re looking for someone who can own the DTC funnel from top to bottom—someone who sees revenue gaps and plugs them, who understands testing velocity, landing page strategy, and how to turn a one-time buyer into a returning customer. You won’t be alone—you’ll have a Shopify dev/execution teammate, email support, and a CX partner. But you’re in the driver’s seat. What You’ll Do Launch landing pages, offers, bundles, upsells, and split tests Own performance across 3 Shopify stores (conversion rate, AOV, LTV, revenue) Write briefs for creative assets, UGC hooks, and offer copy Analyze GA4, Klaviyo, Hotjar, and post-purchase data to prioritize CRO work Work with email specialist to execute flows + campaign strategy Collaborate with performance marketer to align TOF traffic and site experience Run weekly standups with your DTC pod (Shopify, email, CX, TOF ads) Report performance weekly to CEO: wins, blockers, learnings KPIs You’ll Own: Conversion Rate (site-wide and per traffic source) Email Revenue % (campaigns and flows) Bounce Rate and Cart Abandonment Shopify revenue growth (MoM and YoY) What You Bring: 2–3+ years experience running or scaling DTC funnels in Shopify A/B testing instincts and a toolkit (PageFly, Google Optimize, Hotjar, etc.) Comfort planning and owning growth strategy across traffic, offer, and retention Able to write or brief copy that sells Knows what metrics matter and how to improve them Doesn’t wait for direction—owns results, moves fast, and learns faster Tools We Use: Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity What We Offer: Full ownership of the DTC funnel—your strategy, your execution Fast decision-making, zero red tape Hands-on mentorship from founder and performance lead Bonus tied directly to results A chance to leave your fingerprint on 3 global brands Interested candidate can share resume at with the subject line “DTC Growth Lead (Shopify / CRO / Revenue Ownership)” Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Retail Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DKK Brands.
