We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager who wants to learn and transform their career.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration, and deliverables management. Measurement of SLAs agreed with the business.
  • Have experience in management of work teams and IT infrastructure projects, quality of service assurance, reports and indicators (KPI), budget administration, and deliverables management. Previous experience with outsourcing operations with more than 4,000 hosts and 5,000 end users.
  • Have previous experience with infrastructure operations including AMS/Security support.
  • Maintain good communication with executive level and technical areas, both internal and external.
  • Guide and conduct a team of 100 FTEs in different locations.
  • Have the knowledge to read SLAs and promote action plans to fix deviations.
  • Coordinate local/offshore incidents/requests/changes.
  • Have the maturity to understand critical situations for escalation.
  • Experience with automation (ML, scripts, GenAI, Ansible, Terraform, IVR) to improve operational efficiency, leading this process and bringing benefits to operations.

Ideal if you have:

  • Advanced English skills.

Good to Have:

  • Previous experience in the industrial sector.
  • Previous experience with customers or similar.
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure/outsourcing to combine different skills to provide the best operation.
  • A continuous interest in improving performance to create a champion team.
  • Soft skills to keep the team motivated and engaged.
  • Technical background in two or three areas: SAP Basis, Oracle Database, Windows/Linux, Cisco, Palo Alto, Tethris, Forcepoint, Proofpoint, O365, WLAN/LAN, WAN, Datacenter, Field Services, Service Desk Operation.
