Overview

Strategy & Operations Analyst (Growth Campaigns) at 99Food. We are looking for talented professionals to join our Regional Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges at the city level.

This role will be at the core of city-level growth campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the full campaign cycle — from identifying opportunities and improvement areas, to designing and implementing strategies that drive marketplace performance. Your mission will be to create and execute impactful growth initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are innovative, measurable, and results-oriented. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations) to bring strategies to life, monitor performance, and iterate quickly to capture new opportunities. You will also play a key role in scaling successful campaigns across cities, sharing best practices while respecting local nuances.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full campaign cycle for city-level growth campaigns, from opportunity identification to implementation of strategies that improve marketplace performance.
  • Create and execute impactful growth initiatives that are measurable and results-oriented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations) to bring strategies to life, monitor performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Scale successful campaigns across cities, ensuring best practices are shared and local nuances are respected.
  • Engage with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand city dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze local performance data, gather on-the-ground perspectives, and translate insights into actions that strengthen 99Food’s market position.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics skills (Python/R knowledge is a plus, but not required).
  • Growth & Customer Expertise; experience with customer-related activities (e.g., campaign management, communication strategy, customer cohort analysis, market analysis, budget management).
  • Experience with creative asset creation (CRM, ads campaigns, digital campaigns).
  • Stakeholder and project management experience with exposure to Operations, Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing/CRM.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
