The technical team, also, is in charge of watching out for anomalies in the turbines, looking for insights to decide whether to send a Service Team to inspect and do local troubleshooting or try to reset the turbine remotely.
As Goldwind South America is a growing company, the operator also should provide support to the organization and O&M department working on monthly reports and developing training material for internal growth.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Primary responsibilities will be real-time monitoring, propelling operations, securing the delivery of the monitoring services, and meeting the service level agreements with customers.
- Follow up on operation goals, and KPIs to meet commitments.
- Cultural motivation, climate setting and communication, team engagement
- Develop Basic Monthly Reports related to Wind Farm Performance.
- Create Training Materials (Slides and documents) for personal and team growth.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Brainstorms and similar initiatives for the benefit and achievement of the unit and the company
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Electrical / Electronic/ Mechanical Technician or Bachelor of Engineering
- Experience in the industry with Remote Control Centres, that could include Condition Monitoring or Real-Time Monitoring of assets: power plants, substations, distribution or transmission lines.
- Proven use and understanding of intermediate IT tools
- Ability to understand technical language and to recognize and differentiate technical issues
- Expertise in Root Cause Failure Analysis, Fault Diagnosis and Condition Evaluation
- Fluency in English
