MediaMonks has an opening for a talented Mid designer who wants to further their skills in digital asset design. In this role, you’ll join a dedicated team in producing digital ads and assets for one of the most recognizable brands. Role & Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for social media. Fast‑paced assignment requiring impeccable production skills. Work alongside designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise. Collaborate with a dedicated team of designers, multimedia designers, art directors, copywriters, content creators and community managers producing local and regional work. Harmonize speed, style and scale to produce high‑quality assets at a steady pace. Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and maintain consistency across ad formats and dimensions. Please be attentive to the requirements for this role and accompany your portfolio with a short cover letter detailing why you’re the right Monk for the job. Requirements 4+ years of experience. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Organization of files, layers and folders. Ability to take charge of small tasks independently and handle larger jobs with minimal supervision. Contribute to various stages of production, from setting styles and layouts to formatting and versioning. Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and coping with rapid change. Continuous search for process efficiencies. Handle repetitive tasks with focus. Strong English communication and production fluency.
