Canonical – Partner Sales Director (Global System Integrator) Salary: BRL 120,000 – 160,000 per year Overview Canonical is a leading provider of open‑source software and operating systems. The Partner Sales Director will collaborate closely with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to promote Ubuntu solutions and build long‑term digital transformation platforms. Responsibilities Build strategic relationships with GSI partners and deepen Ubuntu technology stickiness. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem and open‑source selling models. Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms. Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and product management to achieve targets and provide partner advocacy. Lead executive interlocks between partners and Canonical leadership. Travel internationally up to 40% of the time. Qualifications Extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles. Deep experience with OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies. Autonomous, disciplined, hands‑on, “get‑it‑done” mentality. Ability to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, and create opportunities. Passion for Ubuntu products and Canonical’s mission. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
