What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor and resolve payroll-related incidents and service requests using case management tools
  • Provide OpCo resource support, including system maintenance, configuration changes, and data integrity audits
  • Serve as a backup for processing data exchange feeds to and from internal and external parties
  • Act as a test lead for critical projects and enhancements, ensuring successful execution of operational projects
  • Support the development and delivery of internal training and customized reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-entity or global environment
  • Proven experience with ADP mainframe products: Enterprise and/or eTime
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to document and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical users
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience supporting decentralized operations in multi-operating company settings

  • 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent
