Job Description A Key Role in Creative Performance Marketing Texonica Alliance seeks a Paid Social Executive to join our growing performance team - a role designed for marketers who blend analytical precision with creative flair. You'll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive growth for fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands across global markets. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class creative team and make a measurable impact through data-driven storytelling. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms from setup to analysis. Your role includes audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimization to achieve performance goals. You'll monitor data, identify insights, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and engagement. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams will be essential to align visuals, copy, and targeting with campaign objectives. You'll stay up to date with platform changes, advertising trends, and emerging digital tools. Required Skills and Qualifications You are a performance marketer with one to three years of experience managing paid social campaigns. You have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools. A strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad testing, and conversion tracking is essential. You balance analytical thinking with creativity, thrive in a collaborative setting, and bring a proactive mindset to every project.
