Your mission as Account Strategist
The Account Strategist position is in charge of building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, honoring deliverables with high quality standards and ensuring satisfaction while maximizing value for both parties through assertive engagement and client-centric support.
What You'll Do
- Develop media proposals tailored to clients' objectives, KPIs, and strategic goals.
- Plan and/or interpret media plans based on brand investment and platform costs to ensure effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, aligning deliverables with client objectives, timelines, and budgets while monitoring performance indicators.
- Oversee the billing process post-campaign, ensuring alignment between platform investments, HubSpot data, and purchase orders.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., brand lift, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Generate performance reports, offering both quantitative results and qualitative insights to inform strategic decisions with the AdOps team.
- Manage relationships with agencies and brands, establishing ownership and building trust through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Provide agencies and brands with market intelligence, including benchmarking and trends in the under-18 audience segment.
- Collaborate with sales, AdOps, and Product teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs effectively.
- Participate in regular business reviews to evaluate client health, identify challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
- Work closely with Sales and Design teams to develop market-facing materials, including one-pagers, reports, and success stories.
- 3+ years of experience in positions as Account Manager, Campaign Manager, Project Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of Office/GSuite Package, specifically Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Presentations.
- Experience in planning and strategy in advertising agencies, market research consultants, or innovation and marketing teams.
- Ability to interpret a brief assertively and materialize it into a strategic investment proposal for the client.
- Advanced skills in prioritization, coordination, and focus with interacting teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, internally and towards clients, translating data and insights into value for the client.
- Interest in digital products. Knowledge of gaming, YouTubers, or apps is a plus
- Knowledge and use of digital platforms (TikTok, Discord, Twitch).
- Focus on researching and understanding KPIs.
- Experience in Reporting & Data Analysis (organize and interpret numerical data, produce insights). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Strong interest in learning about the digital kids & teens industry.
- Naturally curious and detail-oriented.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Relevant degrees: Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Media, and Entertainment.
