Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes
  • Partner with the employee relations team to resolve complex employee issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner (SRHRBP)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust and credibility
Preferred Qualifications
  • SPHR/SHRM-CP certification
  • Demonstrated self-management of career in HR with in-depth knowledge of current HR trends
  • Proven ability to develop actionable steps from strategic plans
  • Experience in organizational development and team facilitation
  • Capability to travel up to 10% of the time
