Seek IT Support Engineer who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will:
- Attention to service requests.
- Network installation and configuration.
- Installation and configuration of desktop computers.
- Provide technical support to the end user in managing all office tools and applications and systems managed by the organization
- Client software configuration.
- Establish diagnosis of possible failures that may occur in the equipment and generate.
- An effective and definitive solution to prevent recidivism.
- Inform the project coordinator of the need to replace and/or repair any element that is failing.
- All those arising from the above-mentioned service contracts.
- Configuration of mobile devices including Smartphone and tablets. iPhone.
- Support for teleconferencing and videoconferencing devices, cameras;)
