We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who wants to learn and transform his career.


In this role you will:

- Attention to service requests.

- Network installation and configuration.

- Installation and configuration of desktop computers and devices.

- Provide technical support to the end user in the management of all office tools and applications and systems managed by the organization

- Client software configuration.

- Establish a diagnosis of possible failures that may occur in the equipment and generate.

- An effective and definitive solution to prevent recurrence.

- Inform the project coordinator of the need to replace and/or repair any element that is showing faults.

- All those arising from the service provision contracts mentioned above.

- Configuration of mobile devices including Smartphones and tablets. iPhone.

- Support for teleconferencing and videoconferencing devices, cameras;]
