Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.**Resumo da função** Buscamos um(a) **Digital Campaigns Specialist** estratégico(a), orientado(a) à execução e movido(a) por dados, para liderar campanhas digitais integradas que impulsionem awareness, engajamento e geração de pipeline na região Brasil. Esta posição será responsável pela execução e adaptação de campanhas globais, gestão de eventos online (como webinars), estratégias de e-mail marketing e suporte a iniciativas de field marketing, sempre em estreita colaboração com o time de Vendas.**Responsabilidades principais*** Planejar e executar campanhas digitais integradas (conteúdo, e-mail, webinars e eventos).* Localizar e adaptar conteúdos globais para o mercado regional, garantindo relevância cultural.* Gerenciar e entregar eventos digitais e webinars alinhados à mensagem regional.* Otimizar estratégias de nutrição por e-mail (Eloqua) para conversão e aceleração de pipeline.* Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de Conteúdo, Produto, Criação, BDRs e AEs para alinhamento com prioridades comerciais.* Monitorar, analisar e reportar resultados de campanhas, propondo melhorias contínuas e maximizando ROI.**Qualifications & Requirements*** 2–5 anos de experiência em **demand generation** ou **campaign marketing**, preferencialmente em B2B SaaS.* Sólido entendimento do funil de marketing completo (awareness a expansão), com foco em geração e aceleração de pipeline.* Experiência em e-mail nurture, webinars, campanhas digitais integradas e suporte a eventos de campo.* Capacidade comprovada de adaptar estratégias globais para campanhas regionais eficazes.* Experiência prática com **Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, WordPress** e ferramentas de gestão como **Asana**.* Comunicação excepcional em **inglês** e **espanhol** (português é um diferencial).* Experiência em trabalho cross-functional com Vendas, Produto, BDRs e agências externas.* Experiência em organização de pequenos eventos presenciais e logística.If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.**About Genesys:**Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
