Talent Acquisition | Employer Branding | OnboardingThe People Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to provide insights that improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, develops HR dashboards, and translates metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership and HR partners. On a typical day you will: Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems. Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, diversity, engagement). Provide insights and recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders to improve talent management strategies. Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve reporting tools and data systems. What You Will Need to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle). Ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
