**Required Qualifications**:
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related role.
Demonstrated success in overseeing IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud-based environments, etc.).
- Familiarity with colocation service providers worldwide (USA, Europe, Asia) and an understanding of key factors like pricing, SLAs, and volume discounts.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Nomad, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in managing collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Slack.
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity best practices and IT workflows (e.g., access control, data protection, incident response).
- Understanding of high-availability architectures and strategies for system reliability, including monitoring and redundancy.
- Proven ability to negotiate with service providers and manage contracts, including pricing, SLAs, and legal considerations.
- Experience evaluating hardware configurations and optimizing server infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and reliability.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial operations data for server and infrastructure costs.
- Ability to develop and maintain budget forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
