Senior IT Analyst Job Overview

The role of Senior IT Analyst involves overseeing the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and hardware. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage Microsoft Operational Systems (Windows Server and Client), virtual environments (VMWare and Citrix), and hardware for servers and endpoints.
    • Provide comprehensive Service Desk Support (L1, L2, L3) to internal and external users across LatAm sites.
    • Monitor and manage server and networking equipment, including Routers, Switches, Access Points, and VPNs.
    • Maintain IT infrastructure, including racks and cabling for datacenters, plants, and endpoints.
    • Assist with project management and enhance IT KPIs.
    • Perform backup/restore operations using Avamar tools and manage asset control.
    • Handle IT vendor management and process bill payments.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations on IT LatAm for worldwide meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish is a desirable skill.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, productivity, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a resilient attitude.
