**Position Overview**:
Senior Promotions Executive will support the Promotions Manager in creating and managing promotions for our Sportsbook & Casino brands across multiple regions. This role will focus on assisting with the development and execution of promotional campaigns, analysing player behaviour, and providing a key link between all central teams to deliver an engaging and value led experience to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional strategies for sportsbook and casino products.
- Support the Promotions Manager in creating engaging and innovative promotions for new and existing players.
- Lead with testing bonus technology, both internal and through our 3rd party suppliers, as well as bonus setup for live campaigns.
- Help plan and execute seasonal event-based promotions to drive player engagement and retention.
- Analyse player behaviour and campaign performance to optimize promotions and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and data teams to ensure promotions are aligned with overall business goals and player needs.
- Collaborate with other teams and provide support on all key promotional issues, particularly in response to customer support queries.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in promotional strategies
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the online gaming industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Sportsbook bonusing and general betting would be a plus, along with experience with bonus tools, loyalty programs and CRM systems
