**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Pipeline Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct initial client meetings and presentations
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on pipeline status and market insights
**Business Development**
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances
- Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development
- Support contract negotiations and closing processes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
**Technical Flair (preferred)**
- Basic understanding of technical products/services
- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers)
- Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous
