Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services What You Will Do You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will be customer-facing and the first line of support; you own support and you are passionate about providing an outstanding support experience to our employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (e.g., MDM, Jamf). Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for all new employees and retrieval for outgoing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications — Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Own improvements on identity and access management, including IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta). Develop automation scripts and build infrastructure as code; integrate systems via APIs; write helpful articles and automate busywork. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents and issues through completion; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects over sprints (agile). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals; report progress with minimal direction. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open-source tooling such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; experience with API integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; capable of hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across media; clear, friendly, concise communication respectful of diverse cultures. A security-aware mindset; understanding of PGP and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching). Methodical troubleshooting across OSI layers and ability to scope projects and manage multiple priorities. Self-management with strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable handling ambiguity. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS. Experience with GAM and command-line efficiency improvements. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
