Description:We seek a driven, tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients, set up features, integrate platforms, and migrate data. You will collaborate with CS and R&D teams to streamline customer onboarding and processes.
Responsibilities:- Meet with clients daily to deliver services.
- Complete offline tasks as assigned.
- Build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with CS and R&D teams for a seamless experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a SaaS company (must).
- Native-level English proficiency (must).
- Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager to learn, and curious.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
Monday–Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm.
What We Offer:Competitive salary: $50,000-60,000/year, Medical, Insurance, 401K, Paid time off.
