**Resumo da Posição**: Como Head de Relacionamento, você será responsável por liderar a estratégia de Customer Success focada em upsell e cross-selling dos nossos novos serviços financeiros e de pagadoria. Será fundamental trabalhar próximo aos clientes para garantir que eles recebam o máximo valor da nossa plataforma, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e retenção. Esta posição exige uma combinação de habilidades analíticas, capacidade de comunicação e liderança de equipe.1.1 Este Contrato tem por objeto a prestação de serviços (“Serviços”) pelo Prestador de Serviços à Play2sell, que compreenderão as seguintes atividades:***- Criar estratégias, liderar e promover atividades de Relacionamento e Customer Success.- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de upsell e cross-selling para introduzir novos serviços financeiros e de pagadoria.- Conduzir análises detalhadas de dados de engajamento e vendas para identificar padrões e oportunidades de melhoria no engajamento dos clientes com a plataforma Play2sell GO.- Trabalhar próximo aos clientes para garantir que eles percebam o máximo valor da nossa plataforma, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e retenção.- Organizar e liderar reuniões quinzenais, presenciais e remotas, com clientes para revisar o desempenho, discutir necessidades emergentes e alinhar as expectativas para futuros serviços e produtos.- Preparar e apresentar relatórios de desempenho para a alta gestão, demonstrando o impacto das iniciativas de Customer Success nos objetivos comerciais.- Agir como um ponto de ligação entre os clientes e os diversos departamentos internos para garantir a entrega contínua de soluções de alta qualidade.- Identificar e resolver problemas que afetam a relação cliente-empresa, antecipando potenciais desafios.
