Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Work Type: Full-time / Contract (as applicable) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple IT positions. Responsibilities: Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage candidate communication and follow-ups Maintain recruitment data and reports Requirements: 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies Experience recruiting in the Brazilian market Good communication skills in English and Portuguese Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing Preferred: Experience hiring for global or remote roles Immediate availability
