What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the member retention strategy across various healthcare services
- Architect a multi-channel member experience tailored to individual needs and marketing strategies
- Manage a performance-focused marketing budget and oversee a team of marketing professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed personalization rules that drive measurable actions
- Track and optimize marketing performance using data insights to improve key performance indicators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 6+ years of B2C omni-channel marketing experience, particularly in lifecycle and journey-based marketing
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, developing high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to translate analytics and data insights into effective marketing tactics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with next-best-action engines and real-time decisioning platforms
- Exposure to product marketing or channel mix optimization
- Experience in launching or scaling agile teams or cross-functional squads
