OverviewWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $206,300 per yearEligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performanceHealth benefits effective from day oneFlexible paid time off, including holidays and volunteer timeCareer development opportunities within a supportive environmentWork remotely with occasional travel to the employer's offices for training or meetingsResponsibilitiesWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the strategic vision and execution of the member retention strategy across various healthcare servicesArchitect a multi-channel member experience tailored to individual needs and marketing strategiesManage a performance-focused marketing budget and oversee a team of marketing professionalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to embed personalization rules that drive measurable actionsTrack and optimize marketing performance using data insights to improve key performance indicatorsQualificationsWhat is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience6+ years of B2C omni-channel marketing experience, particularly in lifecycle and journey-based marketing3+ years of experience in a leadership role, developing high-performing teamsHands-on experience with marketing automation platformsProven ability to translate analytics and data insights into effective marketing tacticsPreferred QualificationsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or insuranceFamiliarity with next-best-action engines and real-time decisioning platformsExposure to product marketing or channel mix optimizationExperience in launching or scaling agile teams or cross-functional squads
