DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our Cross Border programs in Brazil and orchestrate growth expansion initiatives. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a fast paced, demanding and often ambiguous environment. Additionally, since this position involves working with multiple teams and partners in a fast growing opportunity, the role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities and ownership with great bias for action in getting things done themselves.Your excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, combined with strong program management skills, will be essential for success in this role. Most importantly, you should have the ability to develop and implement effective solutions for complex challenges, ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency. To succeed in this role you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ExecutionDrive comprehensive program planning across multiple workstreams, including operational improvements, and strategic initiativeLead end-to-end delivery of critical business programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, KPIs, and success metricsDrive Operational ExcellenceMonitor and optimize key performance metrics, set mechanisms and define SOP's and SLA's for third party service providersStakeholder managementPartner with cross-functional teams including Business teams, Compliance, Legal, Finance, OperationsLead weekly syncs and planning sessions with multiple stakeholdersProvide clear communication and strategic updates to senior leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levelsProcess Improvement & InnovationIdentify and implement optimization opportunities across the Supply ChainDevelop and execute strategic initiatives to improve operational performanceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Knowledge of Global Trade Operations and/or Trade Compliance- Proven track record in program or project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
