**About the Team**:
**_ The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Latin American markets. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 3 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment and business intelligence._**

The role of the Cross Border Local Operations Team is to provide overseas sellers with flexible, affordable and seamless logistics solutions in buyers’ markets. The team’s key objectives are to: 1) ensure timely and accurate inbound, outbound, last mile delivery and return operations, 2) continuously improve operational efficiency, and 3) to better user experience with local fulfilment._**
- ** Ensure operational performance meets established Service Level Agreements by proactively coordinating with each market’s local operation and logistics teams for performance monitoring and improvements;**:
- ** Coordinate with 3PLs to efficiently manage the daily backlog;**:
- ** Supervise the logistics channel and process, extract logistics data, analyse the operations and identify improvement opportunities;**:
- ** Support new business setup projects;**:
- ** Prepare concise reports and presentations for senior management;**:
- ** Provide timely support on data and analytical requirements;**:
- ** Improve, standardise and implement Standard Operating Procedures across all markets to provide overseas sellers a consistent, high-quality, and efficient local fulfilment services;**:
- ** Define business problems via gathering and in-depth investigation of technical and non-technical information;**:
- ** Provide actionable insights through data analytics to improve operational efficiency;**:
- ** Manage overall operational excellence for assigned market scopes for local fulfilment business, including E2E order flows from seller inbound, warehouse operation, order fulfilment and return flows.**
**Requirements**:
- **Degree holder in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;**:
- **Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Google Presentations, SQL;**:
- **Advanced English;**:
- **Advanced Spanish (Extra);**:
- **Experience in e-Commerce logistics, 3rd party logistics or logistics consulting highly preferred;**:
- **Hands-on experience in performing root cause analysis with large volume of data using SQL and Excel;**:
- **Strong logical thinking, problem solving and data analysis;**:
- **Ability to independently drive projects, develop structured ways of working, and engage confidently with stakeholders across different functions and markets;**:
- **Good at multitasking and work prioritisation;**:
- **Able to deliver work timely under pressure;**:
- **Strong in communication skills and stakeholder management;**
- ** Self-driven and ability adapt well in a dynamic and collaborative environment.**
