Partner with the best

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
• Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
• Handling targeted clients
• Discussing sales approach with manager.
• Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs.
• Handling low - medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

To be successful in this role you will:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college
• Being able to work at the Campinas office twice a week
• Being able to speak fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
