Sweden needs skilled engineers, and we are looking for a senior headhunter to help find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.
Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across multiple countries. You will be part of a team that values helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include:
- Find and engage engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
- Build trust with candidates and explain the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
- Coordinate with the global recruiting team and Swedish management to support relocation logistics.
- Collaborate with the Swedish delivery management team to arrange visa, work permits, housing, travel, and other relocation requirements.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues in multiple countries.
- Meet client expectations by managing recruitment requests and delivering high-quality candidates.
Required competence (documented in your CV): at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
- A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
- Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
- High quality and strong brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
- Upper-intermediate English.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
- Self-confident, personable, social, and highly self-motivated.
- Resilient and persistent; able to handle a rejection and try harder.
- Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
- Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Paid national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
