IT Recruiter OpportunityWe are a specialized recruitment agency focused on connecting top-tier IT professionals with companies across the United States and Canada.Your Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.Proactively source and engage IT professionals via platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.Conduct technical screenings with candidates, leveraging your own coding knowledge to ask and understand programming-related questions.Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.Maintain and update candidate records in our database/ATS system.What We're Looking For:Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher).
Solid experience in IT recruiting, ideally in international markets.Hands-on coding experience (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or similar) and the ability to understand and evaluate technical discussions with candidates.Familiarity with tech roles, programming languages, and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, Recruiter).
