Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Job:

We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

As a contractor, you will have autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities to grow as a leader.

The position requires daily communication in English and is based in Florianópolis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and manage top talent
  • Coordinate people operations and administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in head-hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
