Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to fully understand their needs and expectations for each role.
  • Develop and execute our talent sourcing strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong headhunting skills within the IT industry.
  • Advanced English Level.
