Senior Sales Representative, Specialist Sales - Brazil
As an Senior Enterprise Account Executive for LAC (Latin America & Caribbean), you will be solving unique business challenges in the identity and risk space for some of the most exciting companies across the world. In this role you will partner with internal technical and account management resources to plan strategic roadmaps to grow relationships. This provides opportunity to leverage internal training and expertise to execute cutting-edge machine learning data implementations. You will work closely with executive leadership to build external relationships and can expect to work with a group of fast-paced, customer-oriented problem solvers. As a key component of Mastercard's Digital Identity strategy, Ekata enables Mastercard to play and scale within this space. Ekata is focused on Identity Verification across all payment channels as well as all Mastercard stakeholders; issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors and consumers.

In this role you will:
- Grow the customer base within the Enterprise account segment in LAC, working with both existing and prospective customers
- Focus on the identifying new standalone sales opportunities through direct interaction with the customer, account planning with Regional Mastercard Account Managers and Mastercard LAC Market Development teams Provide consultative, expert sales to customers to pain points we can solve through products, processes or solutions that can lead to improvement, based on customer needs and data-driven analysis
- This role will have customer-facing responsibilities, which requires business development, in-depth product knowledge, and strategic selling skills
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to increase usage and adoption
- Understand your customers' businesses at a technical and operational level
- Demonstrate business value through a solutions sales approach to meet/exceed goals
- Identify and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities
- Manage an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, documenting key details about opportunities
- Work with Ekata Reseller partners to collaborate and close joint opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms with contacts up to the C-level
- 5 years of Sales Experience, 3+ in outside sales
- Consultative selling, direct sales experience, or account management experience
- Understanding of sales strategy development and sales pipeline management S
- Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration minded, and results driven
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
- Overnight travel required (20%)
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferable)
- A proven track record of selling software, SaaS or technology into large organizations
- Experience in the data industry, or fraud/risk more broadly is preferred
- Proven experience traversing large organizations and leveraging executive relationships
- Portuguese & English speaking
