Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer Developer Pleno We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer Developer Pleno . Your primary focus will be on building solutions that address key business needs using SFMC Development. Also, it is expected familiarity with other technologies and methodologies such as Salesforce.com, Development, Full Stack Development, API Management, Test Automation, DevOps, Agile SCRUM, Reliability, and Security to enhance collaboration within the team. This position is to attend LATAM & NA projects within the Business Units and you will work with the LATAM Center manager. Responsibilities Build roadmaps for assigned platforms. Ensure technology stack standard methodologies, automation, scalable design, and programmatic standards. Propose ideas for innovative ways to improve assigned technology platforms. Serve as an inspiring collaborator for our engineering community. Software development and engineering. Interact with Business Partners to implement & automate marketing journeys, including template development. Qualifications University Degree is required (Bachelor’s or Technologist). Experience And Skills Proficiency in English, with strong skills in both written and verbal communication. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. Experience Working With Agile Software Development Teams Is Required. Must have good planning, organizational and decision‑making skills. Strong verbal and written skills. Results driven, quick learner, and a self‑starter required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge – E‑mail Specialist Certification required. Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, and Email design Best Practices. Experience in creating automation and maintaining automations/data extensions and connector data transfer process in Marketing Cloud. Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools required. Understanding of CAN‑SPAM, email regulatory compliance, GDPR, CCPA. Understanding of Salesforce.com technologies and platforms – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect functionalities. Understanding of cross‑browser and front‑end development issues and render testing (e.g., Litmus or Email on Acid). Knowledge of SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques. Preferred Interaction Studio / Salesforce CDP knowledge. Custom Profile Center development implementation knowledge. Advertising / Social Media Campaigns knowledge and integrations (Facebook Ads, Tiktok, etc). Einstein Tools implementation knowledge. Experience analytical skills (Web Analytics, Google Analytics 360 integrations tools) and problem‑solving skills required. Developer / Administrator / Consultant Certifications.
