- PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES- Controlar e encaminhar pedido de compra de ferramentas avariadas.
- Follow up de emissão de RC, PC, FRS e CSAS, junto ao cliente e fornecedor.
- Elaborar relatórios diversos (Notas, OM's, custos e equipamentos).
- Preenchimento de KPIs no sistema.
- Tratativas de Ordens de manutenção.
- Lançamento de horas de manutenção.
- Realizar carga de planos de manutenção preventiva / lista de tarefas no SAP.
- Solicitar o cadastro de equipamentos, peças, planos de manutenção e locais de instalação.
- Acompanhar o orçamento de manutenção.
- Apoiar no planejamento das ordens de manutenção.
- Apoiar na elaboração da lista de sobressalentes.
- Fazer a gestão das informações do SAP.
COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS- Conhecimento no MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Conhecimento em SAP
FORMAÇÃO ESCOLAR
Mínimo Ensino Médio completo
Desejável Curso Técnico de Mecânica, Automação, Instrumentação, Elétrica ou Áreas Afins
