Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry. The role involves sourcing engineers for Sweden, building trust with candidates, and coordinating relocation support with a global recruitment team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit software engineers and IT professionals for client companies in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate relocation-related tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.
  • Work with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team that supports engineers and their families in building a new career and life in Sweden.
  • Represent the company values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and self-motivated.
  • Persistent and resilient; able to handle rejection and try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Start: ASAP; minimum 12 months.
  • Workload: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained pay, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
