The key challenges we face include: Real-time AI guidance for physicians at point-of-care Automated coding and billing optimization Intelligent claim follow-up to reduce denials Seamless compliance with value-based care requirements You'll have the opportunity to shape cutting-edge LLM applications that directly impact healthcare revenue and patient care. You'll work on a recently deployed AI system that automates medical coding and billing, refining it from good to exceptional through meticulous refinement, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement. This is not just about implementing AI solutions; it's about building a system that must get medical coding right the first time, understand complex insurance rules that change constantly, learn from denials, and continuously improve. Every line of code you write will directly affect whether healthcare providers get paid and patients receive proper care. A successful candidate will possess: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in healthcare Expertise in natural language processing and computer vision Experience with cloud-based platforms and big data analytics Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards Beyond technical expertise, you'll need to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field.
