Role Overview

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Regional Operations team at 99Food . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges at the city level. As part of Regional Operations , selected candidates will drive city growth, improve marketplace performance, and shape local strategies that connect users, restaurants, and couriers. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and differentiation. You will engage directly with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand city dynamics, analyze local performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen 99Food\'s position in each market and ensure long-term sustainable growth.

This position is at the core of city-level growth campaigns at 99Food . You will manage the full campaign cycle—from identifying opportunities and improvement areas to designing and implementing strategies that drive marketplace performance. Your mission is to create and execute impactful growth initiatives , ensuring campaigns are innovative, measurable, and results-oriented. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations) to implement strategies, monitor performance, and iterate quickly to capture new opportunities. You will also scale successful campaigns across cities, sharing best practices while respecting local nuances.

This role demands a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong bias for action to turn insights into concrete results that accelerate 99Food\'s expansion and strengthen our presence in each market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full campaign cycle—identify opportunities, design strategies, implement initiatives, monitor performance, and iterate.
  • Create and execute growth initiatives that are measurable and results-oriented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations) to bring strategies to life.
  • Scale successful campaigns across cities and share best practices.
  • Engage with restaurant partners, customers, and business development teams to understand city dynamics and translate insights into actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, strategy, or growth-related roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics skills (Python/R knowledge is a plus, but not required).
  • Prior experience with customer-related activities (e.g., campaign management, communication strategy, customer cohort analysis, market analysis, budget management).
  • Experience with creative asset creation (CRM, ads agency, digital campaigns).
  • Stakeholder and project management experience, with exposure to Operations, Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing/CRM.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
