About the job

As an Electronic Engineer , you will oversee maintenance and operations of miners at various sites, leading repair tasks to ensure optimal performance. You will build strong internal client-supplier relationships with the mining team, ensuring the lab’s strategic function is maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Procurement:
  • Develop and manage inventory plans.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables for continuous production.
  • Site Management:
  • Manage lab site investments aligned with business needs.
  • Implement maintenance strategies to maximize site hashrate.
  • Drive improvements and keep technical info updated.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Promote safety, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support onsite and remote colleagues to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

  • Technical bachelor’s degree, preferably in electronics.
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles; electronics service background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is advantageous.
