Profissional atuando em colaboração com a parte técnica para criar o dossiê dos contratos, desenvolver uma definição clara das responsabilidades contratuais e discutir a agenda, incluindo:
Validação da estratégia de contratos; negociação e análise de propostas comerciais; adaptar documentos padrão e modelo às condições locais; manter-se informado ou com as melhores práticas nos procedimentos contratuais para melhoria das práticas; preparar e manter uma lista atualizada de empreiteiros/fornecedores/potenciais propostas/contratos qualificados com informações atualizadas para a realização de estudos de mercado; analisar e avaliar todas as respostas possíveis do mercado.
**O que você precisa para ser bem-sucedido**
Graduação ou pós-graduação nas áreas relevantes. Possuindo de 05 a 10 anos de experiência em atividades relacionadas à função. Habilidades Pessoais: Relações Humanas Avançadas, Resolução de Problemas e Planejamento/organização/coordenação/controle. Necessário Inglês Avançado.
