Descrição da Vaga:


Estamos buscando um profissional para a posição de Team Leader, que possui experiência comprovada em liderança de equipe de SDR`s.


Responsabilidades:

Liderar e motivar uma equipe de SDR’s, fornecendo orientação e suporte contínuos.

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de pitch eficaz, alinhadas com as metas e objetivos do escritório e dos clientes.

Desenvolver, implementar script, realizar análises das métricas relacionadas às reuniões, sendo agendamentos, realizadas e taxas de conversão;

Participar e ministrar treinamentos, a partir da metodologia do escritório;

Acompanhamento em grupo e individualmente do seu time, passando feedbacks.


Requisitos:

Certificação da Ancord para crescimento de carreira;

Bacharelado ou cursando em Finanças, Economia, Administração ou área relacionada;

Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade comprovada de tomar decisões estratégicas;

Habilidades de comunicação e liderança, com a capacidade de motivar e inspirar uma equipe;

Certificações como CEA, CFP, CPA 10 e 20, serão um diferencial.
