We are hiring a Partner Marketing Associate to our Marketing team in São Paulo. This Partner Marketing Associate role focuses on driving the fitness and wellness partner network across LATAM, with the main responsibility being to develop and deploy the marketing strategy for Spanish‑speaking countries (MX, CL, AR). The role involves promoting the Partner Value Proposition through sales materials and campaigns, coordinating with cross‑functional marketing teams for partner launches and promotions, and helping manage industry events. Your Impact Implement the Partner Value Prop: Develop key messaging to attract and engage Wishlist partners by creating compelling sales materials such as one‑pager case studies, presentations, and videos. Support market positioning: Work with corporate communication and partnerships teams to identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry. Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: Design and implement comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies to drive partner awareness and new user growth in partnership with marketing teams. Performance and budget tracking: Measure and report on the success of activities using KPIs like user growth, lead generation, and campaign performance data. Oversee vendor and contract governance for marketing activations across LATAM. Track budget across SS LatAm projects and deliverables. Create meaningful relationships with Spanish‑speaking partners and fitness associations. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with partnerships, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Lead our SSLatAm Fitness influencer program to build brand advocacy. Live the mission: inspire and empower others by focusing on wellbeing at work and creating a supportive environment. Who You Are Native speaker or fluent in Spanish with experience working in the SS Latin America market. Fluent English – essential for global collaboration. Marketing expertise: 3+ years in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or digital marketing with proven cross‑functional collaboration and project management experience. Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate goals, campaigns, and strategies to partners and internal teams. Interpersonal and relationship‑management skills: Build long‑term trust with partners and stakeholders through consistent communication and engagement. Project and time‑management skills: Balance multiple partner campaigns and manage expectations across stakeholders. Adaptability: Navigate change, shifting market dynamics, new partner needs, or internal realignments. Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing and partnerships.
