The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating product benefits, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and providing exceptional customer service. Partial work-from-home flexibility is available. QualificationsSales and negotiation skills, including experience in B2B sales and client relationship managementTechnical knowledge of cutting tools and industrial applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and market analysis abilitiesSelf-motivation, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work independentlyProficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; knowledge of English is a plusProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
